Key Responsibilities
- Handling Labour Law compliances and statutory documentation
- Preparation and filing of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory returns
- Maintaining compliance records, registers & challans
- Coordination for Labour Inspections, notices & registrations
- Client coordination and compliance follow-ups
- Preparation of MIS and compliance reports
- Support in licence renewals and statutory audits
- Coordination with internal HR & Accounts team
